What they got right and wrong
Incredibly attentive staff catered to our needs, including a thoughtful gesture of light snacks and prosecco before departure.
Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night, and noise from outside was disruptive. The inconsistent service at breakfast also left me wishing for a smoother dining experience.

Palazzo Sangiorgio impressed with its super clean cleanliness and comfort. The complimentary items. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace for relaxation and the inventive menu at the on-site restaurant. Dinner felt special and different from other local spots. Staff efficiency fell short. Difficulties arose when I sought assistance at the reception, requiring a lengthy wait for a well trained staff member. Despite this, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and good breakfast selection, putting a positive spin on my overall experience.

The location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll to must-see attractions like the Cathedral of Sant'Agata and Chiesa di San Placido. I appreciated the modern decor and exceptional quality of the bathroom amenities, including a variety of lotions and shampoos. The rooftop terrace offered a peaceful escape after exploring the vibrant city. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection to start off my day. it was a comfortable stay during my time in Catania for sightseeing.

The rooftop terrace offers a great spot to wind down after a day of exploring, providing unique views and a relaxing atmosphere. The avant-garde dining options are intriguing, giving a fresh twist that stands out from typical hotel menus.
Noise levels can be an issue, especially if you're near the cafe. Room 102 gets music and conversations almost at dawn, which can definitely interrupt your sleep. The TV system in the room is clunky and annoying to operate, often turning on unexpectedly and causing confusion. Plus, the limited choices in the mini bar lack variety, only introducing average items instead of local specialties that could enhance the experience.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a pleasant night but avoid room 102 if you prefer peace in the mornings. Enjoyed the artistic menu, but some classic options would enhance the dining experience for families. Figuring out the TV settings took longer than expected, so be prepared for a learning curve.
